Keep dry and clean – Always store filters in a cool, dry place until ready for use.
Replace regularly – For optimal air quality, replace your filter every 4 weeks.
Cut to fit – Each filter can be easily trimmed to match the size of your air conditioner’s filter slot.

These steps will help ensure your filters continue to deliver clean, comfortable air for your home.

Important Use Notice

Flair Filters are single-use, disposable air-conditioning filters and must be replaced within 4 weeks of installation. Remove and discard immediately if the filter becomes dirty, damp, damaged, or smelly. Continued use beyond 4 weeks may reduce effectiveness and impact airflow. Flair Filters are not medical devices and do not guarantee specific health outcomes. Indoor air quality depends on multiple external factors beyond our control. Customers are responsible for proper installation, monitoring filter condition, and timely replacement. Flair Filters is not liable for misuse, modification, failure to replace filters on time, or damage arising from improper use.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Installing Flair filters is simple and takes less than a minute:

Open the front cover of your aircon unit and remove the existing dust filter.
Attach the Flair filter sheet on top of the dust filter using the included double-sided tape.
Place the dust filter back into your aircon unit and close the cover — and you’re all set.

Flair filters currently come in a standard 35 × 35 cm size, designed to fit most domestic aircon units. For wholesale and commercial sales we do offer custom size orders.

You can choose when to replace your filters based on how often you use your aircon:

Under 10 hours/week: Replace every 2 months
10–50 hours/week: Replace monthly
More than 50 hours/week: Replace every 2 weeks

Your Flair reminder schedule is fine-tuned based on your chosen usage category to help you stay consistent.
