1.1 Products are intended solely for use as air-conditioning filters.

1.2 You are responsible for proper installation, handling, replacement, and general usage.

2. Safety & Handling

2.1 Children & Pets: Keep Products away from children and pets at all times. Flair is not liable for any injury or incident resulting from improper storage or access.

2.2 No Recycling / Reuse: Filters are not recyclable or reusable. Dispose of according to local waste guidelines.

2.3 Normal Wear & Tear: Wear and tear to air-conditioning units may occur over time. Flair is not responsible for any damage, accelerated wear, or reduced performance to air-conditioning units arising from normal use of filters.

3. Warranty & Condition

3.1 Flair warrants Products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of sale.

3.2 No other express or implied warranties apply, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Flair shall not be liable for:

• Damage to air-conditioning units or property

• Loss of use, downtime, or business interruption

• Health issues, sickness, allergies, or respiratory reactions

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

This includes any damage or harm arising from:

• Incorrect installation or handling

• Failure to replace filters at recommended intervals

• Using filters beyond their intended lifespan

• Misuse, modification, or alteration

• Environmental conditions or negligence

5. Health & Misuse Disclaimer

5.1 Flair does not guarantee health outcomes or improvements in air quality.

5.2 Flair is not liable if users become ill, develop respiratory issues, or experience health effects due to:

• Incorrect usage

• Failure to replace filters on time

• Using filters beyond recommended duration

• Misusing or modifying the Product

6. Return Policy

6.1 No Returns: Due to the nature of consumable filter products, we do not accept returns once delivered.

6.2 Product Concerns: If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us at [hello @ flairfilters.com] and we will do our best to assist.

6.3 Return policy exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for cases such as delivery errors or damaged goods.

7. Subscription & Recurring Billing

7.1 Subscription Service: Customers may opt in to recurring shipments and automatic billing for replacement filters.

7.2 Billing Authorisation: By enrolling, you authorise Flair to automatically charge your selected payment method at the subscription interval you selected.

7.3 Cancelling Subscription:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your customer account portal or by contacting us at [hello @ flairfilters.com].

• Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

• Charges already processed prior to cancellation are not refundable.

7.4 Subscription Changes: Flair may update pricing or intervals with advance notice to active subscribers.
