    Fresh filters are delivered to your doorstep every quarter. No need to remember reordering — you’ll always have clean filters on hand.
  3. Get reminders to replace
    We’ll notify you when it’s time to change your filters, based on your usage. Simply cut to size, replace, and enjoy fresh, clean air.
CARE & MAINTENANCE

To maintain the performance and freshness of your Flair Filters, we recommend the following simple practices:

  • Keep dry and clean – Always store filters in a cool, dry place until ready for use.
  • Replace regularly – For optimal air quality, replace your filter every 2 to 8 weeks, depending on usage and environment.
  • Cut to fit – Each filter can be easily trimmed to match the size of your air conditioner’s filter slot.

These steps will help ensure your filters continue to deliver clean, comfortable air for your home.

WHAT ARE FLAIR FILTERS MADE OF?

Flair filters are made of high-quality nonwoven polypropylene, the same material used in medical-grade filtration applications. This material is excellent at trapping dust, pollen, and airborne particles while maintaining smooth airflow. Flair filters also meet industry-standard air-quality and safety certifications, ensuring reliable, high-performance filtration for your home.
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. 

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Within Singapore: 3–5 business days
  • APAC region: Up to 1 week
  • Global: Up to 10 business days

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
HOW SHOULD I INSTALL MY FLAIR FILTERS IN MY AIRCON UNIT?

Installing Flair filters is simple and takes less than a minute:

  1. Open the front cover of your aircon unit and remove the existing dust filter.
  2. Attach the Flair filter sheet on top of the dust filter using the included double-sided tape.
  3. Place the dust filter back into your aircon unit and close the cover — and you’re all set.
WHAT SIZES OF FLAIR FILTERS DO YOU OFFER?

Flair filters currently come in a standard 35 × 35 cm size, designed to fit most domestic aircon units. For wholesale and commercial sales we do offer custom size orders.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW OFTEN I NEED TO REPLACE MY FILTERS?

You can choose when to replace your filters based on how often you use your aircon:

  • Under 10 hours/week: Replace every 2 months
  • 10–50 hours/week: Replace monthly
  • More than 50 hours/week: Replace every 2 weeks

Your Flair reminder schedule is fine-tuned based on your chosen usage category to help you stay consistent.
